• Private or shared rooms (furnished or unfurnished)

• Three nutritious meals daily, plus snacks

• Housekeeping, laundry, and all utilities

• Wi-Fi and cable TV

• On-site staff for safety and hospitality

• Daily social and enrichment activities

• Beautiful outdoor patio and garden

• iPads for FaceTiming with family and friends

We do not provide medical or personal care services in our independent living program.

Payment Options

We offer flexible ways to make independent living accessible and sustainable for seniors and their families:

1. Private Pay
   Residents and families may pay directly for monthly rent and services.

2. Home Rental Assistance
   Own a home? We can help you rent it out and use the monthly income to cover the cost of your stay at Topanga Gardens. This option allows you to keep your property while turning it into a source of support for your retirement lifestyle.

Pricing

• Shared Bed: $2,300/month

• Semi-Private Room: $4,000/month

• Private room with private bath: $4,500/month

Own a Home? Let It Pay for Your Stay

Through our Home Rental Assistance option, we work with trusted property managers to help you rent out your home and use the income to cover your independent living expenses. It’s a smart way to keep your property and gain financial peace of mind.

Short-Term Independent Stays

Not ready to commit? We also welcome short-term guests for trial stays, seasonal visits, or temporary transitions.
