08/24/2025 Met with the owners today for a tour of their facility. The place is beautiful and organized! Mike and Maricar are very nice people! So attentive and caring the second you walk in. I am very lucky that they happen to have an empty bed, we are now in the process of getting my mother in and become a part of their family. 08/24/2025 Topanga Gardens has been a blessing for our family. My mom was living alone and I worried constantly about her safety. We never thought independent living was possible due to cost, but Mike, the owner, introduced their home rental assistance program. He works with professional property managers who helped my mom rent her house, and the rental income now pays for her stay at his facility.
